sorry for the confusion. I just couldn’t find a way of attaching regular files like pdf documents, which shouldn’t appear “inline”, to an email while using your plugin. I could only send emails containing inline information (text, html) or having only files normally attached. Thus I’d like to know whether there is a way of using ‘inline_attachment’ and attach normal files as well.

Hi Jason, thanks for the neat plugin! First it really made me weep of joy. But when I tried to find a way of attaching ‘outline’ files it made me weep again for I couldn’t find any. Is there any kind of workaround or even an official way of sending both kinds of attachments?

@BSise Not sure whether it’s because they are new, or whether it was because we didn’t go into a lot of details when setting up our original adsense stuff, but I was unaware of channels (and custom channels).

I’ve added a new issue to my git project for google_ad_sense There are a number of options there for tracking this, but I’ll blog about it too if/when I add it.

This is a really great plugin Jason! Question: Can it be used with AdSense custom channels? Custom channels are important for many AdSense users, to track the earnings performance of different ad sizes or parts of a site. Custom channels are also important because they are targetable by advertisers. Thanks for any help you can provide.

@Marcelo - Making it into a plugin is something that logandk contributed just the other day, and I haven’t actually checked to make sure it works. There shouldn’t be any problem with loading as a plugin, there’s nothing complex that I do, but I’ve not had a close look yet.

What behaviour are you seeing that you’re not expecting?

Hello there… Wanted to share something I’ve been busy the whole afternoon tracking an “undefined method ‘template_format’” using inline_attachment.

@Ryan - SQLite is one of the only serverless DBs that enables so much concurrency.

Any number of processes can have the DB file open at once - and all can read the DB at once.

Write concurrency is done with the fcntl locking, and only one process can write at a time, but the locks are only held for the life of the actual write - so typically this is milliseconds per write.

Obviously if you have remote process(es) that can’t fcntl lock the file then you need a server-based DB - the answer still isn’t MySQL, at that point the answer is Postgres :)

@Jeem - sorry, I didn’t answer the second question you had. The SQLite site itself has some management tools listed which is as much as I know about GUIs for SQLite (I’m a command line junkie).
